The Randall’s Process
Step 1 – Register Your Wedding
Registering the wedding simply means selecting the formal wear styles and colors, writing up a list of groomsmen’s names, and finalizing who wears what to the wedding. Our wedding consultants will help you with your selections and style choices so your wedding party looks their best, and is coordinated with your perfect day. We can easily match any wedding color with our wide variety of in-stock vest and tie colors
Timing
We encourage you to coordinate the suits or tuxedos at least 3-4 months before your wedding date
Step 2 – Come in and get fitted for your Tuxedo
At a fitting, we will take all of your measurements and try on the coat that you will be wearing to the wedding. The fitting takes 10-15 minutes! When you come in to pick up your tuxedo or formal wear 1-2 days before your event, we try the entire outfit on, including the shoes. Out of town grooms and groomsmen are no problem, we just ask that they go to a formal wear store in their area and get fitted, and then call in the measurements to us. Timing
Since most of our inventory is in-stock, aside from some special order outfits, we like to have the groom and groomsmen come in for fittings at least 4-6 weeks before the wedding date.
Step 3 – Pick up your tuxedo
When you come in to pick up the formal wear, we try the entire outfit on, including the shoes. Our staff at Randall’s is seasoned and our family has been fitting people in tuxedos for over 60 years. If something needs to be adjusted when you pick up the outfit, we can do that for you while you wait!
Timing
1-2 days before the event
Payment
When you or your wedding party come in for fittings, we will ask for a $40 down payment that is applied to your overall balance. $70 down payments are required for special orders. You can pay the remaining balance when you pick up your tuxedos 1-2 days before the wedding.
